It says appointments are recommended not that they are APPOINTMENT ONLY. My wife and I sat for almost an hour and were ignored the whole time till I went back and asked if they were appointment only. She gave a dumb look and said yes. There are no signs anywhere stating that they are appointment only and no signs stating that they don't accept walk ins. They could have let us know instead of letting us sit for almost an hour. This was unacceptable.

My stylus is Alyssa and she's very sweet and kind! She will try to work out anything you'd want done. I just dyed my hair today and it was an amazing process with her. Totally recommend this place! Very sweet and uplifting staff.

I don’t recommend going there. They may do good at dying hair, but for doing an updo or hair style for a dance for example, I don’t not recommend! I showed the girl what I wanted, which was a braid, and she said she couldn't do it because i dont have thick hair or extensions. They should have been able to do what i wanted whether i have thin hair or not. I paid her 70 with a tip included. It looked like she took my hair and put 3 rats nest around my head. I DIDNT EVEN ASK HER TO DO IT. She literally just started doing my hair.

Ann at The Design Team is amazing. Please book an appointment with her especially if you enjoy specialty or vintage hair styles. She is an artist and your hair is her canvas.

Karen hamman has been doing my hair for years. She tries to accommodate my schedule. I am always satisfied with how she does my hair. I have a weekly appointment.
